Hi I am wanting to repave my courtyard with large approx. 500mm square pavers with an edging paver in a contrasting colour. The area is not square and is at a guess an area of around 10m by 5m with a 1m by 5m long walkway. There are currently 200mm by 100mm firth pavers down which I will pull up but some of the area will also be reshaped.

I need a long low level grissilinia hedge trimmed, some other trees and shrubs trimmed and shaped to present the property for sale. I need this job done within the next week (no later than Friday 24 January). To demolish and remove from site the existing shed. To cut back and break up the concrete the shed was sitting on and the concrete beams laying around the deck posts and leave lower down the bank. To regrade the bank to create a gentle slope and to merge into the slip area down to the bottom of the existing bank and sow in lawn seed or other plants to stabilize the soil.

Pave flat outdoor area with Firth Piazza Paver or similar. Roughly 22m2 area, length against house slab is 8m for scale against attached photo. Substrate is firm and currently has a 50mm layer of uncompacted base course on it, distance to bottom of cladding is 200mm. Preference is for black sands paver in stretcher bond pattern laid parallel to house slab between house and pergola posts. Remainder of area in volcanic ash laid parallel to garden bed with tussock in it (see photo).
