Our section has no gardens!

Our section is a blank canvas. We have recently cleared almost the entire section would now like to reinvigorate our outdoor areas with flower beds, edging etc. We are looking for someone to bring their ideas and vision and are also able to do the doing. This will include selecting plants, planting, soil and edging and so on. We're not keen gardeners so low maintenance designs are a must. Thanks!

Area is approx 28 sq mts (6x4.6) currently lawn. From fence to house. Require removal of lawn and replacement with terracotta tiles 450x 450 x 50. There is an internet fibre cable to avoid which I have exposed. Tree to remain. (Pave around it)

Concrete laying, repairs, laying pavers and pool bullnose

Laying Natural Stone Pavers (which I will procure). Total is around 150 square metres and needs to be laid on concrete substrate (not sand) which also need to be included in the price. Bullnose edging is required around a pool area. Also need sperate 8m x 4m (non-structural) concrete slab laid and a repair to an existing (non structural) slab of a couple of square metres. Site access is down a standard width driveway with a slight bend, but generally accessible.

Pond Retaining Structure

Need a retaining structure (using boulders) to be placed along part of a wetland feature, and backfilling it to improve access along a fence line. Also need a sleeper-based frame created between a bridge across the wetland and a nearby gate, into which will be a final filling of pebbles. It would be good to get the job done, while the water level is still low.
