We have a new build on a new section in Ravenswood, have moved in but have not had any landscaping done. I have no idea how to level land and/or apply top soil in order to grow grass for our new house. We need help with leveling, top soil, perhaps seeds too. The surface is uneven with patches of grass everywhere. The section is 450sqm with the house being 152sqm. We need a path and bbq area laid at the side of our house where we currently have bare ground. Would be interested in separate quotes for labour only and labour + materials. Have attached a photo of the area, the area in the red boundary is what we're wanting paved, the rest will be stones with plantings.
