Our Lake Tarawera section is steep and we need to prepare the land for adding a bach. We have a 3m retaining wall that needs retaining, a platform that needs shaping for a prefab bach to go onto it. Building a retaining wall, including steps as part of the wall to access the retained area. All clearing and prep of the area has been done including post holes. The job is to provide the timber, materials and erect the wall and steps. I have a concrete mixer, builders mix and cement on site and will mix and barrow the concrete required for the posts. I am on leave for the next two weeks over the school holidays and want the job completed during this time.
