We have a back lawn, circa 450m2
We need circa 5cm of the top soil taken off, risk of glass and rocks.
Soil added back as needed and lawn made level.
Hydro seeding, or simlair to get to a nice flat lawn.
Risks; Access, down sides of house which is 1.2-1.4M down side of house. Neighbours would be fine with machinery and dirt coming over fence if need.
We have poisoned the weeds twice and it’s sure to be done again soon if helpful.
