I recently worked with Zones Landscaping for the installation of a retaining wall on what was a challenging site to access. Jolene managed everything from the initial concept design through to construction, making the entire process straightforward and hassle-free. They were also very helpful when variations arose during the project, managing changes without any issues or delays. I particularly appreciated Jolene's patience while I worked through my plans and timing before committing to the project. Once underway, the retaining wall was completed within the projected timeframe, and communication was excellent throughout the project. At completion, the site was left clean and tidy, reflecting the team's attention to detail and professionalism. Overall, the experience was smooth, well managed, and stress-free. I would happily recommend Zones Landscaping to anyone looking for a high-quality landscaping service. Reply: Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a detailed and thoughtful review. We had a retaining wall that was crumbling and needed fixing. Zones Landscaping suggested what could be done to improve the situation and also suggested putting in some access steps. We were delighted with the concept and the workmanship as they completed the job in a short time frame. Reply: Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re delighted that you’re happy with both the solution we proposed and the finished result. Adding the access steps alongside the new retaining wall has made the area not only more structurally sound, but also much more practical and accessible. It was a pleasure working with you, and we really appreciate you trusting Zones Landscaping with your project. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience!
