Repair to flashing

Insink garbage disposal repair

The unit itself works fine. The gasket in the exit port needed replacing, so I started the job (which I had done before). The first screw came out ok, but the second one sheared on me. So now I need to have that screw tapped out and the gasket replaced. The screw in question faces the rear, and being a big guy, I can't fit in there in order to see it. Help! The food in the disposer is starting to get ripe.

Repaint and refloor kitchen

I have recently installed a new kitchen and need to refloor my kitchen (with vinyl flooring) and also repaint. I would like to talk to a tradesperson to get an idea of the materials I need to purchase for them to do the job and how much it is likely to cost. The kitchen is quite small (approx 6sqm floor size). Also - prior to painting I will require a hole left by an old switchboard filled in.

Vinyl removal

-dining room approx 4.5m by 4.5m - has old vinyl on it, which has been glued onto hardboard, which is then glued and stapled onto floorboards. - we would like the hardboard removed so that we can restore the floorboards underneath. - would like a quote for the hardboard removal - would like this job done first, but if you also do floor sanding and staining we may be interested in that afterwards. Bathroom door repair

Bottom hinge of door has had screws ripped out due to door being opened forcefully many times. I tried putting in screws that were twice as long, but they bottomed out in the holes. I don't know if the door frame has dry rot or not, but I don't have the tools to fix this.

Replace carpet coving with skirting boards

We are replacing our carpet which currently has carpet coving on the walls approx 10cm high. We would like this ripped off and replaced with skirting boards prior to the new carpet being laid. There is a timber strip at the top of the carpet that also needs to be taken off. The house is approx 210sqm. I need the job completed 15 or 16 September. The house is approx 210sqm.

Gas fire place help

We have a gas fire place with a really ugly raidant type gas fire heater thing with an exteror gas pipe. We want to replace it but are unsure what we can replace it with and who will do the job!
