Clothes dryer wall mount + other repairs

Affix replacement hinges to pantry door

Install Wall-Mounted Pull-Up Bar Into Metal Framing Above Doorway

Looking for a qualified handyman or builder to install a pull-up bar above an internal doorway. I've started drilling but hit what seems to be a thick steel lintel or structural metal framing. Need someone with the right tools (likely a hammer or impact drill and metal drill bits) to drill pilot holes and securely mount the bar using M12 coach screws (supplied). Modify timber door frame so door closes snugly, not too tight and not too loose

This front door / the frame it fits into are not lining up straight / properly and get the brunt of the wind and rain when they happen. There’s currently copious sponge weather stripping to stop any drafts and light getting around the door frame but the door is now really tight to close/lock and it would be great to have something better than that.

Some old rotten timber framing replacement
