Leaking skylight + other handyman/home repairs

We have a list of things we would like to get done at our place. A lot of it is really more handyman stuff, but some may require a qualified builder: • Leaking skylight (likely needs exterior flashing replaced) – image uploaded • Fix for pooling water at exterior steps (will likely need to be sighted to ascertain issue/fix/quote) – image uploaded • Fixing up a couple of places that have bashed up gib and skirting board • Adding an easy to use lock to steel gate/wood post – image uploaded • A couple of other small things like some waterproofing work around shower The pressing item is the skylight and with the exclusion of the pooling water item there is I think easily at least half a day’s work so if hourly rate can be provided and we agree a minimum of half a day’s work (to include skylight) then once here provider can properly quote for the pooling water and anything else over and above the half day and either complete job there and then or come back.
