We need a handyman to attend to a loose seat on a cistern pan and a failed bracket on a curtain track. Spare fixings for the toilet seat and the curtain track are stored on site if needed. We currently have three large residential properties in Wellington (Khandallah, Karori, and Houghton Bay)
