Guttering replacement

Guttering is currently leaking and one of the brackets seems to have broken off and sagging at the edge in the corner. Not sure if the whole things needs replacing. There is also a small hole in the downpipe right at the base edge where the spouting meets the downpipe. The entire spouting is roughly 10.5 meters long. It is approximately 3.3 meters off the ground. The space between the fence and the house is approximately 1.3 meters. I would like to know what the cost of repair or total...

Simple weatherboard soaker job

Our house is only about 8 years old, and dark painted weatherboards. On the rear of the property (where it gets a lot of sun and heat) minor surface cracks are obvious where the weatherboards meet and the paint has cracked. It’s not a big problem as it’s weathertight and still in good condition. It’s more just a visual issue at this stage. We want to prevent it becoming a problem. Blocking Bird Access under House Roof Corners

To block access to birds who nesting, under the roof where the roof joins and overlaps the gutters. At the back of the house are 3 corners this is one level and can be reached by a ladder, but the front of the house there are 3 corners and are 2 story levels. So will need a long ladder.
