Blocking Bird Access under House Roof Corners

To block access to birds who nesting, under the roof where the roof joins and overlaps the gutters. At the back of the house are 3 corners this is one level and can be reached by a ladder, but the front of the house there are 3 corners and are 2 story levels. So will need a long ladder.
