Guttering replacement

Guttering is currently leaking and one of the brackets seems to have broken off and sagging at the edge in the corner. Not sure if the whole things needs replacing. There is also a small hole in the downpipe right at the base edge where the spouting meets the downpipe. The entire spouting is roughly 10.5 meters long. It is approximately 3.3 meters off the ground. The space between the fence and the house is approximately 1.3 meters. I would like to know what the cost of repair or total replacement would be.
