Carpentry and hardware replacements

We have a collection of jobs to be done on our 1906 bungalow: 1. Replace a small length of a borer-damaged matai polished floorboard in the kitchen. 2. Replace hinges in a lounge window. 3. Replace hardware on 4 lounge casement windows (already have hardware on hand). 4. Install new fasteners on a pair of french doors (have new fasteners ready to go). 5. A bedroom door needs planing because it's too tight to open and shut easily.
