Bottom hinge of door has had screws ripped out due to door being opened forcefully many times. I tried putting in screws that were twice as long, but they bottomed out in the holes. I don't know if the door frame has dry rot or not, but I don't have the tools to fix this.

Alan did the job in 5 minutes and only used 3 screws, so he didn't charge me for it. A man of good character. But this stupid website will not allow us to put 0 in the cost area.
