General Tidy up of a property

It is currently a rental property and i am thinking about fixing some plumbing, electrical wiring & possibly a paint job. Just some minor maintainence/renovation jobs. The rental property needs a facelift (a cosmetic job) and I am looking for someone who could do it within a reasonable/tight budget.

Greg was pretty good. He was able to work with my builder to do the plumbing and the job was done fairly quickly.
