Replace carpet coving with skirting boards

We are replacing our carpet which currently has carpet coving on the walls approx 10cm high. We would like this ripped off and replaced with skirting boards prior to the new carpet being laid. There is a timber strip at the top of the carpet that also needs to be taken off. The house is approx 210sqm. I need the job completed 15 or 16 September. The house is approx 210sqm.
