Regular mowing of 1/4 acre flat section required. Front, back and nature strip mowing. Every 2 weeks in conjunction with green waste collection cycle at property. All clippings to be removed from property. Edges to be trimmed as required. Some preventative spraying of edges required. One side of boundary hedge on one side of property to be trimmed 4 x maximum per year.
