Concrete was sinking after 7 years due to no compacted basecourse. Demo and removal. Basecourse compacted and pavers laid on mortar.

Digg out removal of soil. Base course and compact with plate compactor. Pavers laid on mortar. Haunched edges stone of choice installed

Solid plaster

Window delete. Framing and hardies board. And then solid plaster to match existing splash coat

Tim did a great job for us on replacing a damaged section of an existing block wall. No stress, arrived with all the necessary gear and materials and got it done very swiftly for us which allowed us to close up a broken fenceline sooner. Blockwork very tidy. Hope to work with him again in future.

Window removal and block up

Tim did a great job of removing the old timber windows and blocking them up. The finished textured concrete matched the existing finish well, and once we've painted it, you'd be hard pressed to tell there were windows there originally. Tim's communication was excellent, and he was prompt on site and completed the job within the time that he said it would take. He removed the old windows and disposed of them, leaving a tidy site. Would definitely recommend him to anyone requiring block work.

Paving Patio

Patio is not level and the paving sand has not fully filled the gaps, and is now coming out. There is a large area with paving sand where wood bowed (not his fault) that he said he was going to fix but never did. Job was done in little bits over multiple days. Overall, could have done a similar job ourselves for cheaper. Not a professional finish, and not really happy with the current state. Have given him the chance to make good but is now ignoring messages. Would not recommend.
