The work completed was good but unfortunately not consistent. Over a 3 week period the time spent at the property was 10 hours. Unfortunately Kerry stated I should have told her that the property was going on the market but I shouldn't have had to say that. I asked for the property to be cleaned up and then maintained fortnightly.
