We are looking for someone to repair a stained glass window where the frame has rotted and one of the panes has fallen out - looks like the frame needs to be rebuilt. Also, we need someone to repair a weatherboard that goes along the edge of the roof, which has fallen off.

Add a door

So I'd like to fill in the entrance way - whcih measure about 1610 wide and about 2100 high - I have a door for the space whcih is 800 wide so will have to fill in the rest with sidelights or am open to suggestions. The floor of approx 2m2 has a step down will have to be raised to meet the house floor level. Keen? Would like to get quotes and get the work done as soon as possible. Must be straight - flush - plumb - square - watertight and aesthtically pleasing. :-)

Bathroom wall

The bathroom wall in the apartment has two dryer hinges bolted into it. Tenants have damaged the board under one of the hinges, most likely by not being able to lift the dryer properly, or by trying to unscrew it from the wall as it did not fit their dryer. I am hesitant to just mount the dryer onto the existing hinge as if the dryer falls, it will be my responsibility for the resulting mess. It is quite possible that the whole gib board needs to come out, and new board to be installed, stopped...

Piling problem

We have an old house (1904) which I understand has been re-piled within the past 10 years or so. A small section of floor appears to be suffering at the hands of the pile directly under it. The floor above the pile is now a high spot - so either the pile is lifting (surely unlikely?) or all the other piles around the one pile are dropping. In any case, the wooden floor is noticeably raised - one can even see the gaps between the floorboards are increasing as the pressure comes on from below.

I would like a deck built that is about 25m2 deck using kwila. There is two levels with 3 long steps (2.75m in length) connecting the two levels. One end is about 1300mm off the ground (highest point), and the lowest point is around 400mm. I have a plan in pdf format if required

We are wanting a deck built - approx 3.5-4m width x 9-10m length, it is 800cm off the ground. Would like a built in seat around the outside and stairs recessed in at one side, with the sides around the deck covered with lengths of wood so you can't see underneath.

I would like a 30m2 deck to be built with seating at one end. Once finished the deck level will be about 600mm off the ground - this is just a bit lower than the level of the french doors leading from the dining room. I would like french doors installed, place for french doors is currently a window. Our house is a weatherboard type.
