The job has 2 parts. 1) One is to replace an exterior wall that has deteriorated (photo #1). The exterior wall is currently fibrolite and has been water damaged. The material to be used can be anything that is paintable, e.g. marine ply. The painting is not required as part of the job. We want an inexpensive but weatherproof solution for this wall. hiya, we recently moved out of an apartment. we made a small crack on the wall about the size of a small plate then we tried to fix it. we put some filler in it then painted it then it collapsed so the wall now has a hole about 15 cm in diameter. we are looking for a good quote because we are just students and we dont have that big of a budget. hope someone could help us. thanks heaps

DECKING Need to replace existing L-shape deck 2mx6m back and 2mx4m side of house, but extended out at the back by a further 2mx6m. Structure and foundations of existing deck are sound so would expect they could be reused, but the extension will need structural support and is elevated above 1m from the ground, so I think consent will be needed. Happy with pine, and a fairly simple layout - handrails and seating where appropriate.
