BATHROOM 1) Bath - Install (Replacing current shower with bath) 2) Shower only (eg over bath) - install 3) Toilet - Install 4) Vanity - Install 5) New flooring - Tile floors - Approx 5 m2 Tiling floor and up and over bath 6) New wall linings - Tiling 14.5m2 Toilet and Vanity is a straight replace no changes to pipework. Flooring will need some prep as shower floor will need to be replaces (currently tiled shower some small amounts of rot around the shower in the tawa floorboards.
