Replace garden fence

Hi, I need a garden fence replacing. It's 1.8m high and 14m long and there is a drop of about half a metre on one side. I'm keen to keep the cost down as much as possible so some suggestions on cost effective solutions would be ideal. I also need it done by the middle of October.
