Small house fix

1.Put a fence and a gate around the house 2.create a break between the cladding and the house to enable for unobstructed drainage 3.The water around the poles is from overland flow. When it rains water will follow the contours of the land and as your home is a lower lying home, water will track under the house. Replace architraves around existing windows, instal some hardiplex on the ceiling in a small bathroom, reinstal a door and its frame, make a small door and install into the underhouse, instal a small wardrobe system in a small bedroom. i have a pegolla on the courtyard made of clear sheets.When we did the pavement,it seems that one of the posts was lifted and we think by doing that it has cracked the timber and clading.There is a little lead through that.We need to take that timber out,look for the damage,repair and put the timber back. Another job is to re-seal 5 windows with new scribers.
