Renovations

We need a builder to renovate our 1940s, 102m2, ex-State home. We want to convert a big walk in cupboard between two bedrooms into built in robes in each room and also add a wardrobe in the smaller 3rd bedroom. We are also wanting to knock out the wall between the kitchen and entrance hall, along with small walls either side of the entrance to the living room, converting the whole area into an open living space. We are also planning to move the wall between the bathroom and laundry, as well as a wall between the bathroom and kitchen to create a larger bathroom. We are currently drawing up plans for planning approval and are keen to begin asap after approval has been granted.
