Fix my laundry

Laundry.Area 4m x3m approx. re-gibb back wall. remove existing high cupboards.move back door out to porch. tiles on floor. install shelving and concertina (?) sliding screen. luxury version - install a tiolet where Hot water cylinder is and move Hot water cylinder 6 feet to the right plus all of above.

Carport repairs and garage door replacement

Repairs to carport including replacement of garage door Our carport is fitted with a power operated tilt door (see attached photos). The front left hand corner post of the carport has started to splt, so that the door mechanism is now twisted out of line and won't open properly. In addition the existing gutter and downpipe need repalcement Outline scope of work required 1) Remove and dispose of existing tilt door and mechanism (but retain garage door opener for reuse if possible 2)...

Open Plan renovation
