Renovation Aitken Terrace

We are planning for a renovation to our existing building in Aitken Terrace in the next 5-6 months and would like to ask for a quote to the alterations. As it is a budget driven project, we want to do them in stages basically from stage 1-4 are the main ones. Below are the following stages to the alterations: Stage 1: - level and repile the main house - repair all damage to main building (rot weather, spouting, drainage etc) - re-build and repair the front verandah - re-wire main building (electrical) - paint work to main building including new painting to roof Stage 2: - re-locate main bathroom into one of the middle bedroom so we can have a complete bathroom when main alteration starts. All approved bathroom materials Stage 3: Main Alteration - demolish whole back room (existing kitchen and existing bathroom) both upstairs and downstairs - breakdown old concrete flooring and excavation to ground level up to about 50cm deep to create more standing room. - lay concrete foundation to ground level extending to fit a double car park - lay all brickwalls and other walls on concrete foundation to create a strong support to new upper floor. - build laundary room on ground level Stage 4: Upper level - build upper level for a new kitchen, living room/ entertainment area extending width to that of the double car park on ground floor and extending length to that of the existing living room. (refer to proposed floor plan and existing floor plan for more informations) - build a extended covered upper deck joining to new kitchen with stairs leadin to lower deck/ground level. - roofing, plumbing and electrical work. - paint work to inside of upper level Stage 5: New Master bedroom - re-locate master bedroom into existing living room including it own on suite bathroom and new wardrobe. Stage 6: - complete work to double carpark on ground floor - complete work to rumpus room on ground floor - complete work to bathroom on ground floor - complete all paint work on new upper and lower level outside and inside Stage 7: - build new fence on boundary lines all around the property.
