The job has 2 parts. 1) One is to replace an exterior wall that has deteriorated (photo #1). The exterior wall is currently fibrolite and has been water damaged. The material to be used can be anything that is paintable, e.g. marine ply. The painting is not required as part of the job. We want an inexpensive but weatherproof solution for this wall. The wall is 2300mm wide and 2400 tall with a window frame in the middle that measures 1110mm wide and 1550mm tall. 2) The second part is to build a new screening fence to replace what used to be the outside wall of a spa house (photo #2). The current fence is very poorly built and the posts visible in the photo are just resting on the ground. We would like four posts set properly in cement and for the wall to be built out of "privacy" trellis - the trellis with very small holes designed to be a screen. We will demolish the remaining deck structure and fence seen in the photograph before the job begins. The fence will be 5000mm long and 2300mm tall (same measurements as in photo #2).
