Fix garage

1930s deco freestanding garage appears to be falling down - we recently purchased property and inherited a lot of deferred maintenance. Also need to extend/convert freestanding wash house and want to have balcony fitted by summer. Have second property needing remedial work on windows and one entire external wall needs attention. We are looking for someone to take on one of these jobs to start with and if we gel would want to tackle the rest as the funds become available. It is really important to me that things are square, level, watertight and completed. Oh also need a good painter for interior of 1 place and medium term the exterior of the other.
