Deck, french doors, ensuite and laundry.

I would like a 30m2 deck to be built with seating at one end. Once finished the deck level will be about 600mm off the ground - this is just a bit lower than the level of the french doors leading from the dining room. I would like french doors installed, place for french doors is currently a window. Our house is a weatherboard type. The ensuite is to be built from existing laundry area, with extra area taken from bedroom. The end result to be ensuite and separate laundry.
