Rather than carrying out a temporary repair, we managed the entire remediation process from initial investigation through to final reinstatement. Designed and constructed this custom hardwood deck to create a practical and attractive outdoor living area for the homeowners. Bathroom leak investigation, structural floor remediation and vanity replacement completed for an Auckland residential property. The client reported movement and deterioration in the bathroom flooring caused by long-term water ingress around the vanity and wet area. Although the final floor finish selected by the client was vinyl flooring rather than tiles, we chose to upgrade the flooring structure using H3.2 treated structural plywood to provide a more durable and stable long-term solution.
