New Build Boundary Fence & Retaining Wall Integration

Project description

Custom timber boundary fencing completed for a new residential development in Auckland.

The project required a durable and visually appealing privacy solution while integrating with the site's retaining structures, driveway access and future landscaping works.

The design combined traditional timber fencing with modern powder-coated steel feature posts to achieve a clean architectural appearance that complemented the new home.

Scope of work included:

• Site set-out and fence layout
• Installation of structural timber fence framing
• Installation of vertical timber paling fencing
• Integration with existing and new retaining walls
• Installation of powder-coated steel feature posts
• Provision for future gate and access control systems
• Letterbox and services integration
• Coordination with surrounding civil and landscaping works

The fence was designed to provide privacy and security while maintaining a modern appearance suitable for contemporary residential developments.

Particular attention was given to alignment, timber selection and finish quality to ensure a long-lasting and low-maintenance result.
