Premium Kwila Hardwood Deck with Picture Frame Finish

Project description

Designed and constructed this custom hardwood deck to create a practical and attractive outdoor living area for the homeowners.
The project included:
• Subfloor framing and pile construction
• Bearers and joists installation with proper ventilation clearance
• Premium hardwood decking installation
• Custom picture frame border detailing
• Mitred corner finishing for a clean architectural appearance
• Multiple deck levels to suit site conditions and house layout
• Stainless steel fixings used throughout for durability
• Final sanding, preparation and protective coating application
The finished deck provides a seamless transition from the house to the outdoor space while maximising the usable area of this narrow side yard and backyard.
Completed by an LBP qualified carpenter with attention to detail and long-term durability in mind.
