Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
Construct timber wall frames, floors, roofs, and structural framing.
Install windows, doors, cladding, soffits, and other exterior components.
Carry out finishing carpentry, including skirtings, architraves, and internal fit-out where required.
Install bracing, blocking (nogging), and structural fixings in accordance with engineering requirements.
Ensure all work complies with the Building Code, project specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate effectively with site managers, subcontractors, and other trades.
Identify construction issues and provide practical solutions to improve buildability and efficiency.
Maintain a safe and tidy work environment, complying with all health and safety requirements.
Complete work efficiently while meeting project deadlines and maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
