Complete front boundary fence replacement and custom gate installation for an Auckland residential property.

The client required a modern 1.8m high front fence for privacy while still meeting council visibility and safety requirements for a street frontage and vehicle crossing.

Our solution included:

• Removal of the existing front fence
• Installation of new structural posts and framing
• Custom horizontal slat fence design with compliant visibility gaps
• 1.8m high privacy fence construction
• Automatic sliding driveway gate installation
• Separate pedestrian access gate
• Preparation for gate motor and automation system
• Full exterior finishing and painting

The final result provides privacy, security and a clean modern appearance while maintaining visibility for vehicles exiting the property and pedestrians using the footpath.
