Expert Tiling Provides The Finishing Touch to a Kitchen Renovation

Hiring an expert tiler gave the final polishing touch to one of our homeowner's stunning kitchen renovations...... Kitchen & Bathroom Wall Tiles - Reno

Posted 2 weeks ago

I am a bit late in organising a tiler, but need an experienced and pedantic professional, also needs to be a certified waterproofer, in about 6 weeks (end of Nov ish) to complete kitchen and bathroom renovation. Here is a rough outline of my plan, it’s a bit of a novel. For the kitchen I’m using the Krakle tile from Tonalite, 75 x 150 (7mm thick) colour verdone, to be laid in a 2x2 weave pattern as per picture attached. There is also an image of the actual tile in a different shade laid out....

Outdoor Tiling Job

Posted 10 months ago

Outdoor tiles to be laid into clean concrete that’s been down for over 10 years. Tiles need to butt into house bricks and then have a finish edge out onto existing concrete so you don’t trip. The concrete up to the house does have a slight gradient on it. They’re going under a louver roof so you will have to cut around one leg as the rest of the roof is fixed onto the house. Approximately 24 square meters in area. Picture shows the tiles we are using and the two brick shapes to butt up to....

Tile around pool

Posted 5 months ago

The area around the pool is concrete which has been stamped and needs to be tiled over, it will be a tricky job but have been assured it can be done. There is a 40mm lip around the edge of the pool and by the doors out from the house. There are a couple of cracks that will need smoothing out where the concrete has moved between pours. I have put a figure that would be nice, but realise it could be quite a bit more.
