Jay’s workmanship was solid and met expectations, we had to update the plan after found more works required so the extra cost was necessary. Jay’s communication was a real standout — very upfront and transparent from the start, clearly explaining options, costs, and any issues as they arose. Overall, a very reliable contractor and I’d be happy to work with him again.
