Our focus is not simply on completing the physical work. We coordinate trades, manage the details, maintain quality control and keep our clients informed throughout the project, so they can enjoy the outcome without having to constantly supervise the process themselves.

We believe good construction should minimise surprises, avoid unnecessary rework and deliver a finish that stands up over time. Where issues arise, we take ownership, communicate clearly and work toward a practical solution.

Our relationship with clients also does not end at handover. We remain available after completion and stand behind the work we deliver.

Contemporary bathroom renovation & fit-out

A carefully executed bathroom renovation focused on clean detailing, warm materials and a refined contemporary finish. The space features large-format stone-look tiling, a custom timber-look vanity, countertop basin, wall-mounted tapware and a softly illuminated feature mirror. The combination of neutral tones, brushed metal finishes and warm timber detailing creates a calm, cohesive interior. Particular attention was given to the alignment of finishes, fixture placement and the integration of electrical controls to keep the overall presentation clean and uncluttered. The result is a practical, modern bathroom with a high-quality finish designed to feel considered, comfortable and timeless.

Complex under-house retaining wall construction

A technically challenging retaining wall project completed within an extremely restricted under-house environment. To create safe working access, the existing ground level was lowered by approximately 400mm, with more than 3m³ of dense clay excavated and removed by hand due to the confined site conditions. The works then involved forming post holes approximately 1.5m deep for the new retaining structure, with careful excavation and installation carried out around the existing house, services and limited access. Sections of the completed retaining wall reached approximately 1.5m in height, providing a robust and carefully executed solution within a difficult working environment. This project required detailed planning, controlled excavation and significant manual work to deliver the retaining structure safely and accurately.

Custom timber boundary screen

A bespoke 32-metre timber boundary screen designed to provide privacy while complementing the contemporary architecture of the property. Approximately 400 individual timber balusters were carefully prepared and stained to achieve a warm, Kwila-inspired finish, then precisely set out and fixed to the supporting frame. The screen varies from approximately 1.2m to 1.6m in height, following the site conditions while maintaining consistent spacing and clean visual lines throughout. The result is a refined, durable boundary treatment that adds privacy, warmth and architectural character to the property.

Private driveway and vehicle crossings

We have delivered 120sqm private driveway and two vehicle crossings, the project was under tight deadlines, where we have achieved the goal through early mobilisation and accurate subcontractor management.

Vitex stairs

The project goal was to build external stairs from top of the retaining wall to an existing deck. Client wanted to keep the style matching and decided to go with Vitex for the steps. We have procured all the materials, delivered and built the stairs within 4 days.

Macrocarpa stairs

This project took us to Milford, our goal was to demolish existing macrocarpa stairs and rebuild like for like. Our main challenge was to meet the client's deadline and keep the noise to the minimum. We have procured the materials in time and kept the noisy tasks during the time periods when client's were out of home. This project took us 4 days to complete!

Very good communications and generally a high standard of work. We had some issues with the way the ballusters were initially insaled but they listened to pir feedback and then promptly reinstalled correctly. Very clear communications and they finished the job on time and budget with a high standard. I would recommend them for similar projects.
