Build External Timber Garden Stairs in Mission Bay, Auckland

Hi there, We are looking for builder to install external stairs in Mission Bay Auckland. The stairs are to connect two levels of lawn area. Overall height approx 2045mm – 11 risers at 186mm Overall going approx 3520mm - 11 treads at 320mm going- actual tread size 340mm Overall width 1395mm Interested tradies are welcome to come take a look and measure up. First photo shows design of treads and stringers. Second photo shows design of handrail (We want top rail to support ballusters with only post at top and bottom). Happy to answer any questions or send additional photos. There is already a solid retaining wall at top to fix stairs onto, and posts at the bottom deck to attach bottom of stairs to, so don't think will be need to make any new posts. We are wanting this job started ASAP please so if you have a long wait time please do not contact us.

"Very good communications and generally a high standard of work. We had some issues with the way the ballusters were initially insaled but they listened to pir feedback and then promptly reinstalled correctly. Very clear communications and they finished the job on time and budget with a high standard. I would recommend them for similar projects."
