Removing walls in home - open plan

I have two walls I would like to remove to give the living area and kitchen a more open feel. Need advice and idea of cost for the work to remove walls and process for approval to do this. One wall is half glass, the other wall is part of the kitchen (photo of wall with heaps of cupboards attached). Kitchen wall in roof cavity does support the roof (Ioad bearing) and the other wall with glass does not. House was built in 1971.

Assess fireplace for removal

I'm looking for an engineer to assess a disused fireplace in my kitchen, with a view to remove a portion of it so I can fit a fridge in the gap. The chimney has been partially removed into the roof space but some parts still exist, there appears to be a concrete plug fitted at the top of the fireplace but i am unsure if it is structural or not.

Own a property in Roslyn Palmerston North. I would like a registered surveyor to survey the property to assist in determining if i can subdivide. Ultimately we will sell the house and have this removed and then build two new houses. Land size is 727m2 but slopes at the back of the property.

Foundation Inspection

A concern that we aren’t trained to comment on is it looks like some of the ring foundation has been poured over tree stumps. Over time the stumps have decayed and left cavities that don’t look to be affecting anything structurally, but would need possibly an engineer to report on.

Need PS1 done on farmshed plans. This is on going work. First up we need to do a table of heights eg 3.0, 3.6, 4.2, 5.4m high and then 3.6, 4.0, 4.5m bays. Once we have standard table done we will send plans to have PS1 done. This is on going work. Could be done after hours. Must be CPENG
