In 2020 a large external window was removed and replaced with sliding doors. A HySpan H1.2 beam was used for loading bearing (of ceiling/roof). I have installation photos showing the beam size and markings. The beam is now behind GIB.
I need a structural engineer to review the beam and provide a report for a Certificate of Acceptance with Auckland Council.
I have attached some photos as reference - on of the photos shows the existing window that was replaced.
