I reached out to Tim when I needed boundary rectification done on my grand parents property (preparing to sell) and honestly, I'm glad we have someone like Tim and his crew we can rely on and a bonus they're so close to home! Extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient and really took the time to explain the differences, history, etc. Communication was amazing throughout the entire process. His team that attended were also just as fabulous. Just fabulous overall, really can't fault them! Tim also remembered me some 6+ weeks later from my first general query and explained costs and options really well too. I wouldn't hesitate to engage Tim and his team again if needed in future. Thanks very much for your help team, appreciate it! (though, secretly, I hope I don't ever have to deal with another boundary discrepancy again LOL)

I have had such a great experience with TS Surveyors. They were friendly, easy to talk to, and made the process easy instead of stressful. They explained everything clearly and checked in with me throughout the job so I always knew what was happening. The final survey was incredibly detailed and delivered faster than expected.
