We are preparing for a reno of our 1925 stucco over block and concrete home. The Auckland Council will require a geotech report with the resource consent to confirm ‘Good Ground’, as defined by NZS --- .
The reno will require a steel structure supporting the new second level addition.
Looking for a Geotech Engineer to provide the required report to accompany the RC.
