I chose Vlad as he had the most comprehensive solution to my problem given the age and condition of my roof, and was competitively priced. The job was completed carefully, with great care taken on the details that matter. Vlad had no issues returning twice afterwards to attempt to resolve a stubborn drip when it rains hard - but unfortunately the cause remains allusive.
