I have water seeping out the cracks between my driveway slabs (see photos). My spinning water meter indicates it's a leaking pipe somewhere between the meter and the house. This is a problem because the leak is under either the driveway, a small retaining wall next to the driveway, or, hopefully, the lawn. Replace exterior gully and plumb hotwater outlets

Small job but I spend too much time thinking about it and never get it done so need someone to come in and sort it out for me. Job is to replace gully surround of exterior drain from kitchen. Has two hotwater pipes - both outlets - that need a bit of thought. Want the pipes to be put below the ground surface.

Stop moisture penetrating through blockwork.

For the past 2 winters the corner wall and floor of our garage has been getting damp. This section of the walls are under ground level. Suspect external waterproofing of block work has been compromised. Wanting someone to do whatever is required to remedy this. So tasks such as dig out beside wall, re-waterproof blockwork, install any external additional drainage that may be required. NSCC Drainage repars

This work is required as a result of the NSCC carrying out CCTV inspections of all private sewers and issuing a legal 'notice to remedy defective drainage'. Connect Gas & Remove Old Cylinder + Drain Solar Cylinder in Ceiling Cavity

We have just posted our application to Vector to have Gas connected to the house. It's already in our street and close to our house so is at no cost to us. Toilets x 3 Fix or Replace

I have three toilets in my home. These are Fowler brand, one toilet cistern seems to be broken and does not work at all and has not done for some time, (I was told a few years ago that the cistern mechanism can not be replaced and it would be better if I buy a complete new toilet ???? The other two toilets are "running on" all the time and I need to keep turning the "inflow" tap off...not sure if I just need new seals to fix this problem ? This is starting to drive me "crazy" I keep mentioning...
