Bathroom Renovation - pull out old Bath, remove shower cavity and wall cupboard to create space from new Shower/Bath unit, remove existing vanity, install new bathroom vanity, tile the floor and part of walls, repaint existing wall space, sand back window frames and varnish, install new light fittings, install heated towel rail

Water Pipe Vibration & Pressure

We need to have the water pipes clipped under our house to stop the vibration , also looking for a solution to improve water pressure. Some leaking tap repairs also need to be taken care of around the outside of the house.

Install Gully trap

Drainlaying - Connect new Gully trap into ceramic drain system. Close off old ceramic pipe. Depending on levels may also need to install another relief gully further down drain.... Selected Plumber as there is no Drainlayer option.

Bungalow alterations

We have a 1960s 3-bedroom bungalow on the North Shore - still pretty much in original condition (but well looked after). We would like to create some open-plan living space in the kitchen/dining/lounge area by removing one or two internal walls (possibly load-bearing - photo#1 and photo #2), redesigning the kitchen using existing fittings as far as possible (photo#4), and installing wooden bi-fold doors to open on to the deck (photo#3). BATHROOM 1) Combined exhaust, light & heat unit - install 2) Heated towel rail - install only 3) Corner spa Bath - install 4) Shower only (eg over bath) - install 5) Vanity - install 6) New wall linings - Hardies product & tile Size is approx 5sqm I am happy to purchase the bath, vanity and tapware, but need everything installed. I could probably remove the old stuff myself and do painting and lay flooring.

Garage/Retaining Wall/etc

After recent rain water is seeping up through cracks in the concrete flooring in the garage.Need to idenitfy the cause and remedy. Could possibly be concrete retaining wall that backs onto the garage. As the retaining wall has not been sealed. Also looking at depending on the problem identified above to convert garage into semi-permanete room.

Spouting replacement

Replace PVC spouting. Replace PVC spouting. Hip roofed house - one level at ends, and two storey at sides - about 9.5m square. Remove existing spouting & brackets. Fit new to PVC to Flowline profile with 2x downpipe outlets. Some scaffolding available.
