Relocate pool pump and filter to different location

I would like to relocate the current pool pump and pool filter to a different location. Preferably underneath the deck shown in the photo. There is space underneath this deck for a pool pump and filter. I would also like to know what a new pool Filter might cost. This is a 50,000L pool.

Install sub water meter

Our home and income property has two dewellings, one upstairs and one downstairs. It only has one main water meter outside and but we need someone experienced and professional to help us install a submeter so that we can read water usage either from upstairs or downstairs. The pipe is running through outside exterior walls and just need to find out where it branches out to upstairs or downstairs and add the sub meter in one of the branches.
