Install new bathroom fittings in 2 x bathrooms,

Hi, We have a main bathroom and ensuite that we would like a plumber to install new showers, basin, taps and mirrors. The toilets are not be changed or moved. We have purchased all of the fittings, so just need them installed. The shower and basins in both bathrooms, will be replaced by new fittings in the same place as old fittings. There will need to be some changes made to the plumbing of the 2 showers as the new ones have centre drains, where the old showers had corner drains. The basins are near like for like replacement. The new mirrors, do have lights, so will need to be wired into adjacent plug / switches that are already there. Looking ideally for the majority of the work where feasible do be done by one plumber/ team. Will need the removal of the existing fittings as part of the job. Ideally done in a week if possible., so that we are not without showers for too long :) Looking for some quotes to get the work done. I have attached 2 photos of the bathrooms that need renovating.
