Hi, Have a couple of minor things (hopefully) to be done. 1. the garden pipe need fixing as it keeps dripping away 2. the WC in the bathroom appear to have a minor leak and see the wet patch on the tile grouting. Can I please get someone to assist fixing them pls? Thanks, Santhosh
